Bok choy, red onions, cucumber, gourmet potatoes, radish, cherry tomatoes and vermicelli noodles all tossed in the wok to warm together, served with 150gm sliced venison striploin cooked medium rare, drizzled with honey soy sauce and finished with chilli oil.
